Use the supplied audio cable to connect all external audio devices.
Whether you need an adapter for the external device depends on
its features.
1. Connect the audio cable to the audio output
of your external device and the AUX IN
ON OFF DC IN AUX IN
connection socket on the sound station.
2. Slide the On/Off switch on the back of the
sound station to ON.
3. Press the volume dial, several times if nec-
essary, until AUX is shown on the display.
4. Start playback on the external device.
Switch both devices off before disconnecting them.
• The external device connected cannot be controlled with the
sound station. You can only adjust the volume.
• If there is no sound despite the fact that you have started play-
back, check the volume on the external audio device connected
to the sound system.
• The sound station will automatically switch to standby if playback
on the connected external audio device is not started within 15
minutes.
When the device is switched on, you can set it to automatically go into
standby mode after a specified amount of time.
During operation, press
the desired sleep time.
The sequence is: 120 > 90 > 60 > 45 > 30 > 15 > 00 minutes
After the specified amount of time has lapsed, the device will go into
standby mode.

while in sleep mode, press the

Charging mobile devices with the USB port
• The USB connection socket allows you to charge batteries in
mobile devices up to max. 5 V, 1 A which are suitable for this and
have the appropriate USB port (e.g. MP3 player, smartphones, etc.).
Please note the technical specifications for the devices you wish
to connect.
• Use the non-slip mat provided to rest your mobile device on while
it charges.
1. If necessary, switch off the mobile device you wish to charge.
2. Connect the USB adapter cable provided to the USB connection socket
on the back of the sound station.
3. With a suitable USB connection cable, connect the mobile device you
wish to charge to the USB adapter cable.
The connected mobile device will be charged.
