Please check the content of delivery for damage. If a transport damage should be present, please con-
tact the customer service and send pictures, if possible, showing it. Do not use the oil extractor if it has
any damages.
Note! It takes approx. 2–3 minutes until a pressure of 8–10 bar is reached.
Bleeding the tank
1. Close all taps except for tap 3.
2. Connect a compressor to position A (8–12 bar).
3. Slowly open tap 9 until the maximum vacuum is reached (0.58–0.60 cm/Hg).
4. Close tap 9 and remove the pressure hose.
Oil Extraction
Connect the matching probe and use the oil extractor. Open tap 8.
Attention! The tank must not be overfilled. Pay attention to the marking, which shows the maximum
filling capacity of the tank.
Emptying the Tank
Connect the compressor to 5 and open tap 12 slowly until a tank pressure of 1 bar is reached.
Connect the tap 12 when a pressure of 1 bar is reached.
Connect the outlet hose to the oil tank and open tap 6.
Close tap 6 after the tank is emptied.
Safety valve
A safety valve releases the pressure if it is above 2.06 bar (30 PSI).
