Slide in order: 1" Washer (24), 2" Spacer (25), Wheel (22) onto Axle (6), then slide
second 1" Washer (24), and finally secure with Hairpin (26).

Depress Foot Pedal (14), insert Drawbar Assembly into Front Support (5) . When
Drawbar is locked in place, flip cart upright onto wheels.
