Please note the included General Safety Notes and the following
safety notes to avoid malfunctions, damage or physical injury:
Carry out a visual inspection of the appliance first every time you are going
to use the appliance.
Do not use the mobile garden vac if safety equipment (pressure switch,
safety cover) is damaged or worn. Do not override any safety equipment
or devices at any time.
Make sure that no other persons (particularly children) or animals are
present within the work area.
Check the material to be cleared before starting work. Keep your eyes
open for foreign bodies (e.g. stones) during work.
You are responsible for safety within the work area.
Only use the garden vac for the designated purpose as specified in this
instruction manual.
Always wear goggles and ear protectors for you own safety.
Wear sturdy shoes and long trousers to protect feet and legs.
Before using the garden vac for the first time, read the instruction
manual.
Keep fingers and feet away from the suction opening!
Be sure to maintain your balance at all times when working. Take care if
reversing. Danger of tripping over!
Check the collecting bag regularly for damage. If necessary replace it.
Never leave the garden vac unattended at the workplace. If you are
interrupting work, store the garden vac in a safe place and remove mains
plug!
Observe all regulations concerning rest times.
Although the garden vac is protected against spray water, it should
nevertheless not be used in the rain or damp or wet environments.
Do not use the garden vac in or around swimming pools or garden ponds.
