Minimum and Maximum Velocity settings will create upper and lower limits on the velocity values sent to the
sound source. These can be helpful adjustments to create a "virtual compressor" on sound patches that may
need to be limited to prevent dropouts or clipping.
Your softest hits on this Controller will send the Minimum Velocity setting. Your hardest hits on this Controller will
send the Maximum Velocity setting.
These settings are used in coordination with the Controller's Velocity Curve to determine how quickly your
softest pad hits will shift velocity values to your hardest hits.
The default Velocity Curve (Curve #1) is completely linear, as shown above. Velocity Curve #2 keeps MIDI
velocity lower for longer before jumping to the top.
