The SuperStack
SuperStack II Dual Speed Hub 500. In a stack of units, the Hot Swap Cascade Units
are used to connect the Dual Speed Hub Cascade Cables together. You can then
add and remove Dual Speed Hub 500 units from the stack by connecting or
disconnecting them from the Hot Swap Cascade Units. This means that if a unit fails
or is removed, it does not affect stack performance, because the remaining units in
the stack can continue to communicate.
The Hot Swap Cascade Unit is referred to as ' cascade unit' in this User Guide.
For safety information, refer to the information in the user guide that accompanies
the Dual Speed Hub 500.
