6.3.2 Join an Existing Mesh

Users can request to join the closed Mesh if they were not invited, did
not accept or reject the invitation from the creator.

The creator of the Mesh can accept the request for a user to join the
closed intercom.
Note: A user who wants to join Mesh needs to be in Public Mode
and not have any stored Mesh connection information. If he has any
Mesh connection information, he needs to quit the Mesh.
