3 If the battery is not charged or you are running the computer
on AC power, connect the AC adapter. For information on
how to do this, refer to "Connecting the AC adapter" in your
Tecra
4 With the power button lock in the unlocked position, press
and hold the power button until the on/off indicator
illuminates green.
A screen appears prompting you to select the operating
system option in which you want Windows NT to start.
5 Use the arrow keys to select one of the following operating
system options:

The Begin Logon dialog box appears.
NOTE: If you don't select an operating system option within
20 seconds, the system defaults to the currently highlighted
option.
7 Press the
Windows NT logon process.
The Logon Information dialog box appears.
8 Enter your user name and password, then click OK.
The Windows NT desktop appears.
