NOTE: Fill the tank only with municipal water, do not use well water. If municipal water is unavailable, use distilled water and add a water purification tablet. NEVER USE POOL CHLORINE OR CHLORINE BLEACH.

Warm up before you exercise and cool down after you work out. Take your pulse periodically during your workout and strive to stay within a range of 60% (lower intensity) to 90% (higher intensity) of your maximum heart rate zone.

Special attention should be given to the following: 1. Sit on the SEAT and pull on the HANDLEBAR to verify that the Water System provides resistance and the seat travel is smooth and stable.
