Fill reservoir with
warm water and
replace it firmly
on the base.

Turn pressure to high, point

I can’t remove the tooth brush head!! I have pulled on it so hard that I’m afraid I’ll break it. Any suggestions?
To remove the toothbrush head from the Waterpik WP-861 without damaging it, firmly grip the brush head between two fingers and pull it off with force. It may require significant effort, but it will come off without harming the unit. The replacement brush head will then slide on easily.
