TEMPERATURE CONTROL

The temperature can be adjusted variable.
The following apply as guide values:
ƒ Low heat (level Lo): e. g. for fish
ƒ Medium heat (level Med) for tender meat (e.g. poultry), vegetables
ƒ High heat (level Hi): Steaks
