the event of a complaint, please contact the
manufacturer's subsidiary in your country
or the respective sales outlet
In order to achieve the fastest possible
warranty processing, please include the
following information:
• A copy of the invoice with date of
purchase
• A reason for the complaint or a
description of the fault
Please note
Liability for damages is excluded in the
following cases:
• Damage to the device due to over-
voltage and mechanical influences
• Incorrect assembly and connection
• Use of the device for other purposes
than the ones described
• Structural changes to the device
without the written consent of the
manufacturer
