Tunnel Maintenance:
Clean your greenhouse once per year to remove algae / pollen / dirt. Use dishwashing liquid and soft broom. You may use a water
blaster but use caution with being too close to the covering. There is also a product name "Surrender" – available from Fruitfed
supplies NZ, spray this on 24hours prior to rainfall.
Wash down the interior of the tunnel house to prevent any fertilizer or chemical degradation.
Patch any holes or tears in the cover as they occur with all-weather tape or Patchbond tape.
Check annually that foundations are secure, all bracket screws are tight, replace any missing or broken screws, check that door rollers
and vent mechanisms are operating smoothly. Call Redpath if you need any spare parts for your Tunnelhouse.
