I. IMPORTANT SAFETY REGULATIONS
This appliance is intended for use as a fresh or marine water aquarium in homes. Any other use is not permitted and therefore
the manufacturer shall not be held liable. NewaMore complies with current EU safety regulations (EN60598-2-11), whereas
the pump complies with the EN60335-2-41 standard. The heater and the air-pump (when provided present) comply with
the EN60335-2-55 standard. The aquarium has been designed and made in compliance with the directives 2006/95/EC and
2004/108/EC in order to guarantee safe use throughout its life cycle. Nevertheless, improper use of the aquarium (use not
compliant with the provisions of this manual) may cause damage to the aquarium and compromise user safety. The aquarium
also complies with the RoHS II (2011/95/EU) directive and to REACH (1907/2006/EC) regulations, as well as to the ErP (2009/125/
EC) directive for the lighting system.
WARNING: the symbol on the label of Newa More indicates that you must thoroughly read this operating instruction
manual before starting up, operating or carrying out any maintenance operations on the appliance.
WARNING: during installation and maintenance, disconnect the aquarium and all its accessories from the electrical mains. Do
not connect the aquarium to power sockets unless it is completely filled with water.
To avoid any kind of accident, carefully follow the simplest safety provisions and the following warnings:
1) Read the warnings and observe the symbols on the labels of all electrical appliances and in the instructions.
2) Fill the tank always making sure that the water level is 3cm from the upper rim; see the symbol
The maximum water level from the rim must not exceed 5cm.
