Multiquick clamp

The setting at the clamping arm must be made such
that, after fitting, the clamping levers are at least
in parallel or better still facing inwards towards the
wheel.

Drive onto the platform or over the pit before atta-
ching the clamp to the wheel.

The vehicle is never to be rolled or driven over the
clamping jaws.

s between 13" and 24" and is suitable for all motor
vehicle rims without an adapter hole.
Make sure that

tensioning spring of the Multiquick clamp is facing
downwards
R
The clamps are firmly attached to the tire (Fig. 16).
R
The clamping jaws engage properly in the tread
R
The coated securing hook is engaged in the upper
part of the rim.
R
After securing, pull out the plug-in handles of the
front clamping levers (front axle only).

Observe the following procedure for run-out com-
pensation using the Multiquick clamp.
1. Disengage the securing cable at the rim.
2. Perform run-out compensation.
3. Engage the securing cable at the rim.

The sleeves are intended for Softline rims and are
fitted over the spacers.
1. Position the clamp with the stop pins in the rim flan-
ge, move the upper one to the rim flange and secure.
2. Press both clamping levers towards the wheel until
they are parallel with the wheel.
3. At the same time press both clamping arms onto the
tread and release the clamping levers. The adjustab-
le clamping arms are to be set such that they engage
firmly in the tread.
4. Release the clamping levers. ¹
¹ Adjust the clamping jaws to suit the rim size.

The following must be heeded when using vehicle-
specific spacer pins (BMW/Mercedes) instead of the
standard spacers:
Clean the mounting holes for the spacer pins.
Fit the spacer pins.
