EXTErnaL DECODEr BOX + TV
If you connect external decoder box to HDD & DVD RECORDER, you can record scrambled channels (CANAL+ or
Premiere broadcasts) received through the built-in TV tuner in HDD & DVD RECORDER.
1.
Connect RF antenna cables as shown.
2.
Connect the AV1 connector on this recorder to the SCART AV connector on TV using a SCART cable.
3.
Connect the AV2 connector to a SCART AV connector on decoder box.
4.
To watch or record PAY-TV Canal Plus programmes, set your HDD & DVD RECORDER to receive the
channels using the on-screen display. (Refer to pages 36~37)
