Preparing the lancing device

Pull the cap off the lancing device.
Place the new lancet fi rmly on the lancet holder.
Twist the lancet cap off.
Place the cap back on the lancing device.
Adjust the piercing depth.
Pull on the tensioning device until it clicks.
