Possible Cause
• Battery flat
• Switch is not paired
• Mode is set to Off Only (24)
• Mode is set to a long
timed period.
• Mode is set to On Only (23).
• Mode is set incorrectly
• Batteries may be getting flat
• Switch and receiver out
of range

Troubleshooting
Remedy
• Replace with two good quality
AAA sized batteries
• Pair switch with receiver
• Only use this mode if there is
a corresponding switch set to
On Only (23)
• Review Mode setting and
change as appropriate.
• Review Mode setting and

• Check that Infra-Red Chart is
up to date (using Test on Hub
for example).
