3.2 BRAKES
To lock the brakes, firmly push down the brake lever with your foot until it is fully de-
pressed then pull it towards the back of the tower to lock it into place. To release the
brakes, push the brake pedal in and away from the back of the tower until it unlocks
and returns to its original position.
3.3 OUTRIGGERS
Pull the outrigger from the travel position to the back of the tower's base. The outriggers
must be deployed for stability whenever the mast is raised above its retracted position.
To return the outrigger to the travel position, rotate the locking plate out of the way
which will allow the outrigger to be lifted and returned to the travel position.
