PRODUCT OVERVIEW 1. Transport/MMC Buttons: Six MIDI Machine Control (MMC) buttons for controlling a sequencer. The buttons can be reassigned to transmit Control Change messages. The default functions, from top left to bottom right, are Loop, Rewind, Fast Forward, Record, Stop, and Play. 2.
DETAILED SETTINGS This section details the settings in the software application. Global • Global MIDI Channel: This sets the MIDI channel that the controller will use to send Note messages, as well as MIDI messages that are sent when a button is pressed. This should be set to match the MIDI channel of the application that you are controlling.
1 ~ 16 and Scene MIDI Channel. If this is set to Scene MIDI Channel, messages will be sent on the same MIDI channel as that of the Scene. Trigger Pads Depending on the assign type, the Trigger Pads can transmit Note messages or Control Change messages.
• Off Value: This specifies the value of the message that is transmitted when the Trigger Pad turns off. The range of values is 0 ~ 127. You can set this only if the Assign Type is set to Control Change. Assignable Buttons These buttons transmit Control Change messages.
Transport (MMC) Buttons Operating the Transport/MMC Buttons will transmit either Control Change messages or MMC messages, depending on the Assign Type. For each of these six buttons, you can specify the message that is assigned, the way in which the button will operate when pressed, the control change number, or an MMC command.
