IMPORTANT:

INSTRUCTIONS—BULB REPLACEMENT
1. To replace the bulb, detach the diffuser by removing screws.
2. Remove defective bulb and replace with a T4, 12 W circline bulb. Manipulate the bulb with a tissue.
3. Reattach diffuser with screws.
WARNING: This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce the
risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse
the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully
inserted. Do not alter the plug.

CAUTION:
Please read the following instructions carefully. ALWAYS ensure that the lamp is unplugged and switched is OFF, before
commencing assembly, replacing a bulb or cleaning the lamp.
• When lamp is not in use, please close the cover.

agrees to replace a defective product, within the stated warranty period, when returned to the place of purchase
with proof of purchase. This product is not guaranteed against wear or breakage due to misuse and/or abuse.
