7. Push down on the main arm until it clicks. Note that up to 40lbs of force may be required to
close completely.

Connect HDMI ingest (Screen Presentation) cable

The HDMI ingest cable will attach to the backplane of the Hub 500 on one end, while the other end will
sit atop the table. The purpose of the cable is for in-room participants to present content in-room on the
screen and/or to remote participants in the meeting.
8. To release the smaller arm for the HDMI-IN, push the smaller latch to the left.
9. Insert the HDMI IN cable into the appropriate port and guide it through the corresponding
groove. Push down on the smaller arm to secure the HDMI IN cable.
10. Once all the cables are securely connected and held in place by the arms, ensure all cables are
nested in a groove. Lower the lid of the cable management bay and refasten the screw.
