Make sure the bowl and lid, as shown in step 2 and step 6, are
locked well into place or the unit will not power on.
•
Note: Do not use to prepare cake mixtures with butter or margarine
or to knead dough.
•
Use room temperature eggs for whisking egg whites.
•
Ensure that the bowl and emulsifying disc are dry and grease free.
•
The disc should only be taken out of the unit when it has come to a
complete stop.
•
The emulsifying disc can be disassembled by turning
counterclockwise from the base.
•
Clean the emulsifying disc after each use.
Tips:
•
For best results, this function should be used at Max speed.
•
Do not use this function for more than 3 minutes at a time. Allow the
motor to cool down for at least 10 minutes before the next
operation.
