Ausbau
Straffen Sie die Anschlagmittel, ohne jedoch das
Getriebe anzuheben.
Stellen Sie sicher, daß das Getriebe
nicht verkantet.
Lösen Sie die Versorgung des Hydromotors.
Verschließen Sie die
Stopfen.
Achten Sie darauf, daß kein Schmutz
oder Fremdkörper in die Hydrau-
likanlage gelangen.
Achtung!
Beim Abbau des Hydromotors kann je
nach Ausführung des Getriebes der
Mitnehmer
Lamellenverzahnung gezogen werden.
Achten Sie beim Einbau des Mitneh-
mers auf dessen richtige Einbaulage.

Lösen Sie die Bremslüftleitung.
Verschließen Sie den Bremslüftanschluß mit einem
Stopfen.
Achten Sie darauf, daß kein Schmutz
oder Fremdkörper in den Bremslüftan-
schluß gelangt.
Lösen Sie die Befestigungsschrauben des Getrie-
beflansches.
Das Getriebe hängt nun am Kran.
Führen Sie das Getriebe vorsichtig aus dem
Geräterahmen und legen Sie es ab.

Dismantling
Tighten the lifting straps or ropes without lifting up
the gearbox.
Make sure that the gearbox is not
canted.
Disconnect the hydraulic motor from the supply
system.
mit Close off the hydraulic lines by means of plugs.
Make sure that no dirt or foreign
bodies are allowed to enter the
hydraulic system.
Caution!
Depending on the gearbox design, the
coupler can be disengaged from the
der inner gearing of the disks when
disassembling the hydraulic motor!
Make sure to observe its correct
installation position when mounting
the coupler.

Disconnect the brake release line.
Close off the brake release port by means of a
plug.
Make sure that no dirt or foreign bo-
dies are allowed to enter the brake
release port.
Remove the fastening screws of the gearbox
flange.
The gearbox is now suspended from the crane.
Move the gearbox carefully out of the frame and lay
it down.
