Inbetriebnahme

5.1 Einführung
Dieses Kapitel beschreibt die Handlungsschritte
zur Inbetriebnahme des Getriebes. Beachten Sie
die entsprechenden Sicherheitshinweise.
5.2 Handlungsschritte zur
Inbetriebnahme
Betätigen Sie im Gefahrenfall NOT-
AUS.
•
Berühren Sie keine umlaufenden Teile.
Bei der
Schmierstoffe in die Umwelt gelangen.
Führen Sie die Ölwechsel nur im
betriebswarmen Zustand unmittelbar
nach dem Stillstand des Getriebes
durch.
Hierdurch ist sichergestellt, daß kein
Absetzen der Feststoffpartikel stattge-
funden hat.
Befüllen Sie gemäß der Schmierölangabe das
Getriebe mit sauberem Öl.
Bei der Erstölbefüllung können Ölmenge und Öl-
mengenangabe durch im Getriebe vorhandenes
Konservierungsöl voneinander abweichen.
Vermeiden Sie Verunreinigungen des
Getriebes.
Eine Liste der von L+S zugelassenen
Öle finden Sie im Anhang B.
Füllen Sie das Öl durch die in der Einbauzeichnung
gekennzeichnete Öffnung ein.
Überprüfen Sie den Ölstand, bevor Sie das Ge-
triebe anfahren.
Den korrekten Ölstand erkennen Sie bei Stillstand
des Getriebes durch die Markierungen am Ölpeil-
stab.
Die max. Betriebstemperatur beträgt 90°C.

5.1 Introduction

followed when taking the gearbox into service. The
respective notes on safety shall be duly observed.
5.2 Commissioning Activities

Do not touch any rotating parts.

lubricants are not allowed to pollute
the environment.
Make sure to perform oil changes
immediately after standstill with the
gearbox still being warm, to avoid any
setting of solid particles.
Fill the gearbox with clean oil as specified under
the heading lubrication.
At first oil fill, actual oil volume and specified oil
volume may vary due to preservation oil remains in
the gearbox.
Ensure that no dirt or other contamin-
ants are allowed to enter the gearbox.
A list of oils approved by L+S is given
in appendix B.
Fill in oil through the penning indicated in the
installation drawing.
Check the oil level before starting up the gearbox.
The correct oil level can be ascertained through the
dip stick markongs at gearbox standstill.
The maximum operating temperature is 90°C.
