Reason
The jar is not positioned
properly.
1. The motor overheat
protection function is
activated due to long
time running.
2. The motor overload
protection function is
activated due to
overloaded operation.
1. There is water on the
touch panel;
2. There is residue on
touch screen or
finger.
1. The food material is
too hard or too large;
2. The speed level is not
proper;
3. The voltage is too low.
It is normal during the
run-in period of the
motor for the initial use.
1. The main body or the
jar is not installed
properly, unbalanced.
2. There is food attaching
to the jar wall.
Treatment
Remove the jarand place it on the
machine again.
1. Unplug the machine and cool it down for
15 minutes. Operate the machine
according to the working time specified
in the instructions.
2. Reduce the amount of food fed, and add
food materials according to the
instructions or the maximum amount
specified in the recipe.
1. The touch keys are of capacitive type, so
the touch reaction will be affected if
there is water on the panel. Please wipe
off water drops on the panel.
2. Clean touch screen and finger, try again.
3. Shut down the machine for 30 seconds
and then restart it.
1. Take out the food material and cut it into
small pieces.
2. For harder materials, adjust the motor to
a higher speed. Use a voltage regulator
to supply power to the machine or
check the socket for other large-power
electric appliances. If any, please stop it
and the restart this product.
After several times, the odor will disappear.
If the odor exists for a long term, please
contact our customer service department.
1.Check whether the machine is placed on
a flat surface and whether the four foots
are suspended; check whether the jar is
supported by foreign object when
installing.
2. Open the feeding cap, use the mixing
bar to mix the food.
