Note
On vehicles with bodies which extend beyond the
limits displayed below, the function of the camera
may be impaired.
Therefore, it is not recommended to install High-
beam Assist and Lane Keeping Assist on vehicles
with bodies that protrude beyond this limit.

9 Electrical system
9.7 Driver assistance systems

Note
On no account should any modifications be made to
the position of the camera or the surrounding area
(e.g. changing the standard windshield). Otherwise
the camera may not be able to function properly.
The camera must be readjusted after any modifications
to the vehicle which alter the vehicle inclination, e.g.
replacement of a suspension strut. Have the re-adjust-
ment carried out without delay at a qualified specialist
workshop possessing the required expertise and tools
in order to perform the necessary work. Mercedes-Benz
recommends that you use a Mercedes-Benz Service
Center for this purpose.
Highbeam Assist can be deactivated via a menu in the
instrument cluster and Lane Keeping Assist can be
deactivated using a button on the operating panel.
