BATTERY CHARGER 1

Battery Charger Model 1 (6v/12v) DC
For charging Motorcycle Batteries and trickle charging
car/van batteries.
This battery charger charges at a rate of one amp per hour.
Features

circuits, overloads and wrong connections

• S uitable for Lead/Acid Batteries only
(Not suitable for non-rechargeable batteries)

Precautions
• Disconnect battery from vehicle
• When disconnecting battery be sure to remove the
chassis connection (earth / ground) before the battery
connection. When reconnecting, the battery terminal
not connected to the chassis has to be connected
first, followed by the earth / ground terminal.
• I f possible remove battery from vehicle to avoid
splashing of acid onto the body engine parts
• B attery charging should be carried out in a well
ventilated room
• D o not use outside in wet weather conditions
• I f the battery has cell filler caps, remove all of these
to allow gases to escape whilst charging
• M ake sure level of fluid is correct before charging
• Wear full protection
