The machine should be disinfected separately and then cleaned thoroughly
with water every three months.
To remove mineral deposits, mix 1 gallon of water with ½ pound of citric acid
crystals. Enter this into the machine and make sure the water can flow out of
the hot water tap. Switch on the power and heat for about 10 minutes. 30
minutes later, drain the mixture and clean with water 2 or 3 times. This should
be done every 6 months.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Water is leaking.
There is no hot or
cold water.
There is no water
flow.
The unit is noisy.

Possible Causes
There may be a leak in
the water bottle.
Overconsumption of
hot or cold water in a
short amount of time.
Water is not ready
after initial setup.
The power switches
are not on.
The water bottle may
be empty.
The unit is not on a flat
and level surface.

Solution
Unplug the dispenser,
remove the bottle and
replace it.
Wait until the unit is able to
prepare more hot or cold
water.
Cold water can take up to
one hour after setup and
hot water can take 15-20
minutes.
Ensure that the red and
green power switches in the
back of the unit are on.
Replace the water bottle.
Place the machine on a flat
and level surface.
