Safety Notes
When using the fireplace, no combustible or flammable objects or
materials such as furniture may be located in a one metre radius. Make
sure while airing curtains or similar objects cannot come into contact with
the wall fireplace resp. the open flame. Also make sure the wall fireplace is
not exposed to wind gusts or forceful airflow to avoid a flaring flame.
Never use the wall fireplace while it is standing on the floor or leaning
against the wall. Do not operate the wall fireplace above a heat source.
Only hang the wall fireplace on an even, solid and non-flammable wall.
The minimum distance from the floor should be not less than 50 cm. The
minimum distance to ceilings/lamps etc. should be at least 1.50 m.
The enclosed mounting material is intended for solid masonry. If you are
not sure whether the enclosed mounting material is suitable for the wall,
replace the material with suitable mounting material. Seek advice at a
specialised shop for the correct mounting material.
Maintain a minimum distance of 50 cm to the ignited fire and avoid moving
within the immediate vicinity of the flame. Never mount the wall fireplace
on walls made of flammable materials. Wooden or plaster board walls as
well as boards with wallpaper are not suitable; the wallpaper might turn
yellow. Make sure the ground is heat-resistant.
During installation make sure no pipes or other lines run behind the
intended drilling point.
Do not place any objects on or in the fireplace.
The wall fireplace and its components become hot during use and also
remain hot for some time after the fire has been extinguished. Allow the
wall fireplace to cool down completely before touching it, e. g. for refilling
with fuel, cleaning, storing etc.
Never move the wall fireplace when it is in use. If, for some reason it is
necessary to transport the wall fireplace, first extinguish the fire and allow
the wall fireplace to cool down.
Do not smoke, eat or drink while filling the fuel compartment with Bio
Ethanol.
