SOLUTION
Plug the printer into a wall outlet or charge the battery
Insert a label roll into the printer
Verify that a compatible printer is connected. Power cycle the printer
Allow the printer to cool down for 15 minutes
Open the lid and clear the paper jam
Check that the label has been loaded correctly and
that the printer has paper
