TOOLS NEEDED
2 each – 1/2" open end wrenches
1 each – 1/8" allen key
1 each – drill with 3/8" bit
NOTE: For reference purposes support mounts come fully
assembled. Seat Bases are not pre-drilled to avoid
interference with other parts on frame.
CARBON FIBER Seating
STEP 1.
Prior to removing OEM seat sling, mark left
and right chair frame at the front edge of the
OEM seat sling.
STEP 2.
Place the front support mount on the frame
approx. 2.5" inside the front edge of the origi-
nal seat base location that was marked.
STEP 3.
Place the rear support mount on the frame in
the approximate weight bearing location of the
user.
STEP 4.
Rotate center hex bar so that the support
mounts are "snug" within the frame tubes.
Do not over tighten causing flex to the frame.
STEP 5.
Place a board or straight edge across the
support mounts and take out any buckling.
STEP 6.
Tighten jam nuts with the ½" wrench.
