Never use a Pipe Hook or Shackle without these registration marks or when there is no valid test certificate available. The operating temperature of the Dhatec Pipe Hooks is between -30 ⁰C (-22 ⁰F) and +80 ⁰C (176 ⁰F). For other ambient temperatures, contact Dhatec.

If the plastic covers of the Pipe Hooks are damaged, they can be replaced with the Replacement Cover Set (figure 6). For replacement, use only original Dhatec parts. The cover sets are available for the Pipe Hook Premium and Pipe Hook Standard.

Before lifting check if the working load limit of the Pipe Hook and main Shackle is sufficient for the weight of the pipe. The Pipe Hook Standard comes with a shackle pin whereas Pipe Hook Premium is to be used together with a main shackle provided by Dhatec.

The horizontal part must be in full contact with the internal surface of the pipe.
