6. If the product cannot record, the SD card may be full, so
check or format the SD card. For formatting, connect the
product to a PC, right-click the product drive in My Computer,
and select the "Format" option. However, please back up
all documentation on your product drive before formatting.
7. If the product cannot be charged, please feel free to contact
our customer service as the USB cable, charger, or product
itself may have broken.
8. Since the product software occupies a part of the storage
capacity, it is normal that the actual capacity differs from
the nominal capacity.
9. We recommend backing up the recordings made while using
the product. Please note that we cannot be held responsible
for any loss or damage to the file data due to incorrect product
operation, repairs, battery replacement, or other factors.
