OBH Nordica Citrus juicer
Before use
Before the citrus juicer is used for the first time, read through the instruction
manual carefully and save it for future use.
Wash all the detachable parts (cones, filter, base of filter and lid) in water
and some detergent. Never immerse the motor housing or cord in water.
These parts can be wiped with a damp cloth.
Parts of the appliance (see picture on page 3)
1. Dust lid
2. Large cone
3. Small cone
4. Filter
5. Container
6. Spout
7. Drive shaft
8. Motor housing
9. Cord storage
Use
Place the on a dry and even surface.
Place the container with the spout on the motor housing and thereafter the
filter on top. Pick a cone depending on what you will squeeze. Place the
cone on the drive shaft. If you like to use the large cone, start to place the
small cone onto the drive shaft and then the large cone on top of the small
one. The smaller cone is suitable for lemons, limes etc and the larger one is
great for oranges and grapefruit.
Unwind the cord and plug the appliance into a socket. Place a glass under
the spout and press the spout downwards. The juice will pour directly into
the glass when you squeeze the fruit to the cone.
Split the fruit in half (split in the middle). Squeeze the fruit to the cone with
your hand (the peel towards the palm of your hand). When the fruit is
squeezed to the cone the motor will start and the cone will rotate. If you
wish to change glass during use, the spout is pushed upwards and the
juice will remain in the container.
