• Release drain valve 26 and it will return to its initial
position (see fig. 16.2).
[CT36031, CT36032, CT36033]
• Place the appliance on a flat horizontal surface.
• Place a container under drain valve 26, where the
condensate will drain�
• Unscrew drain valve 26 and wait until the conden-
sate has drained completely (water will stop dripping
from valve 26) (see fig. 17.1).
• Screw in drain valve 26 (see fig. 17.2).
Draining condensate from piping
[CT36033]
Condensate from piping 11 is drained automatically
through automatic drain valve 33�
Cleaning air filter (see fig. 18-19)
Regularly inspect filter element 51 of air filter 5 (its
contamination depends on the state of the environ-
ment). Clean (or replace) the filter element as it gets
dirty, but at least after 100 hours of using the appli-
ance. A polluted air filter reduces efficiency factor and
contributes to a greater depreciation of the appliance�
[CT36030, CT36031, CT36032]
• Place the appliance on a flat horizontal surface.
• Unscrew bolts 48 (see fig. 18).
• Remove cover 50 from housing 52�
• Remove filter element 51�
• Wash filter element 51 with water and soap, and dry
it thoroughly� Attention: Do not use gasoline, sol-
vents or corrosive substances to flush the filter
element 51.
• If the impurities of filter element 51 are too heavy
and cannot be cleaned, replace it� It is strictly forbidden
to use the appliance without an air filter.
• Assemble air filter 5 and install it back�
[CT36033]
• Place the appliance on a flat horizontal surface.
• Unscrew wing nut 54 (see fig. 19).
• Remove cover 50 from housing 52�
• Remove filter element 51�
• Blow filter element 51 with compressed air�
• If the impurities of filter element 51 are too heavy
and cannot be cleaned, replace it� It is strictly forbidden
to use the appliance without an air filter.
• Assemble air filter 5 and install it back�
Cleaning the check valve (see fig. 20-21)
• Unscrew screw plug 55 (see fig. 20-21)�
• Extract spring 56 and piston 57 from housing 58�
• Check the piston 57 for damage (if the piston 57
is damaged, it must be replaced)� Clean all elements

consequence of parts installation, and do not turn over
the piston 57�
• Screw in plug 55�
Checking the receiver status
Regularly inspect receiver 23 for signs of damage or
corrosion� If receiver 23 is damaged, it is forbidden
to perform independent repairs (mechanical, or by
welding)� Damaged receiver 23 must be completely
replaced at the dedicated CROWN repair workshop�
Drive belt tension
Drive belt tensioning or replacement is recommended
at the dedicated CROWN repair workshop�

Transportation of the appliances
• Only move the аppliance by handle 14 or 15 or by
picking it up and supporting from the bottom� Do not
move the аppliance by other parts (by pulling the hos-
es or power cable, etc�)�
• Do not transport or move the appliance without re-
lieving pressure from the receiver 23�
• Categorically not to drop any mechanical impact on
the packaging during transport�
• When unloading / loading is not allowed to use any
kind of technology that works on the principle of clamp-
ing packaging�
Environmental protection
Attention: Do not dispose of the used oil,
as well as condensate from receiver 23,
on the soil, into the ground, water bod-
ies or wastewater sewerage. The used oil
must be collected in a sealed container and trans-
ferred to a process waste collection point for fur-
ther disposal.
Recycle raw materials instead of dispos-
ing as waste.
Appliance,
should be sorted for environment-friendly
recycling�
The plastic components are labelled for categorized
recycling�
These instructions are printed on recycled paper man-
ufactured without chlorine�
