Installation and regulation of appliance
elements
Before any procedures, be sure to switch off the
appliance, remove the current-carrying cable from
the socket and discharge pressure in receiver 23
(pulling by the ring of safety valve 29).
Do not draw up the fastening elements
too tight to avoid damaging the thread.
Mounting / dismounting / setting-up of
some elements is the same for all appli-
ance models, in this case specific mod-
els are not indicated in the illustration.
For improve understanding of drawings,
some structural elements of appliances
are not shown onto drawing.
Mounting / dismounting of a plug, current-carrying
cable, stationary network connection
Some appliance models are supplied without plugs
and / or current-carrying cables - they must be installed
before the beginning of the operation�
Appliances can also be connected to the network on a
stationary basis (not through a socket)�
Note: the stationary connection of the ap-
pliance to the network as well as installa-
tion or replacement of current-carrying
cables, plugs and other electrical units
must be performed only by a qualified electrician
or circuit installer authorized to perform such
works.
Rubber mounts assembly / disassembly (see fig. 1)

• Install the rubber mounts 32 as shown in fig. 1.
• Disassemble in the reverse sequence�
Wheels assembly / disassembly (see fig. 2-3)
• Install wheels 17 as shown in fig. 2-3.
• Disassemble in the reverse sequence�
Swivel wheel assembly / disassembly (see fig. 4)
[CT36031, CT36032, CT36033]
• Install swivel wheel 22 as shown in fig. 4.
• Disassemble in the reverse sequence�
Removable transportation handle assembly / disas-
sembly (see fig. 5-6)
• Install the removable transportation handle 14 as
shown in fig. 5-6.
• Disassemble in the reverse sequence�
Connecting / disconnecting the air hose
Using thread fittings (see fig. 7)
• Attach hose clamp 45 to the end of hose 44 (see
fig. 7.1).
• Install fitting 31�
• Tighten the screw of hose clamp 45�
• When connecting, screw fitting 31 on outlet fitting 18
or 28 (see fig. 7.2).
• When disconnecting unscrew fitting 31�
Using quick-change fittings (see fig. 8-9)
• Attach hose clamp 45 to the end of hose 44 (see
fig. 8.1).
• Install quick-change fitting 46�
• Tighten the screw of hose clamp 45�
• Install quick-change adapter 47 on outlet fitting 18
or 28 (see fig. 8.2).
