• As you may know, ANT+ (Advanced and Adaptive Network Technology) is a
protocol for communication
• It allows communication between devices in a short distance, approximately
5 feet
• ANT+ allows multiple devices to communicate with each other without any
interruption
• TraQ uses this technology to connect to Foot Pod and Heart
Rate Belt
• You can connect to these from Devices in Settings. Just ensure that the external
devices support ANT+
