Bitte lesen Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung vor dem
Betrieb gründlich durch und heben Sie sie für ein
späteres Nachlesen auf.
1 Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Dieses Mini-Stroboskop dient zur Effektbe leuch -
tung, z. B. auf kleinen Bühnen oder in Partyräumen.
Das Gerät lässt sich wahlweise über Musik steuern
oder im Automatikmodus mit einstellbarer Blitz fre-
quenz betreiben. Als Leuchtmittel sind 74 leucht-
starke SMD-LEDs eingesetzt, die sich durch lange
Lebensdauer, geringe Wärmeentwickung und einen
niedrigen Stromverbrauch auszeichnen.
2 Hinweise für den sicheren Gebrauch
Das Gerät entspricht allen relevanten Richtlinien
der EU und ist deshalb mit gekennzeichnet.
WARNUNG Das Gerät wird mit lebensgefähr -
licher Netzspannung versorgt. Neh-
men Sie deshalb niemals selbst
Eingriffe am Gerät vor. Durch un -
sachgemäßes Vorgehen besteht die
Gefahr eines elektrischen Schla ges.
Beachten Sie auch unbedingt folgende Punkte:

Das Gerät ist nur zur Verwendung im Innenbe-
reich geeignet. Schützen Sie es vor Tropf- und
Spritzwasser, hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit und Hitze
(zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich 0 – 40 °C).

Stellen Sie keine mit Flüssigkeit gefüllten Ge -
fäße, z. B. Trinkgläser, auf das Gerät.
G
Platzieren Sie das Gerät immer so, dass eine
ausreichende Luftzirkulation gewährleistet ist.
Die Lüftungsöffnungen dürfen auf keinen Fall
abgedeckt werden.

Please read these operating instructions carefully
prior to operating the unit and keep them for later
reference.
1 Applications
This mini stroboscope serves for effect illumination,
e. g. on small stages or in party rooms. The unit can
either be music-controlled or be operated in the
automatic mode with adjustable flash frequency. As
a light source, 74 SMD LEDs of high luminous
intensity are used which feature a long life, low heat
development and a low power consumption.
2 Safety Notes
The unit corresponds to all relevant directives of the
EU and is therefore marked with .
WARNING The unit is supplied with hazardous
mains voltage. Leave servicing to
skilled personnel only. Inexpert han-
dling or modification of the unit may
cause an electric shock hazard.
It is essential to observe the following items:
G
The unit is suitable for indoor use only. Protect it
against dripping water and splash water, high air
humidity and heat (admissible ambient tempera-
ture range 0 – 40 °C).
G
Do not place any vessels filled with liquid, e. g. a
drinking glass, on the unit.
G
Always place the unit so that a sufficient air circu-
lation is ensured. The air vents must not be cov-
ered.
G
Do not set the unit into operation and immediately
disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket if
1. there is visible damage to the unit or to the
mains cable,
G
Nehmen Sie das Gerät nicht in Betrieb und zie-
hen Sie sofort den Netzstecker aus der Steck-
dose, wenn:
1. sichtbare Schäden am Gerät oder am Netz -
kabel vorhanden sind,
2. nach einem Sturz oder Ähnlichem der Ver-
dacht auf einen Defekt besteht,
3. Funktionsstörungen auftreten.
Lassen Sie das Gerät in jedem Fall in einer Fach-
werkstatt reparieren.

Ein beschädigtes Netzkabel darf nur in einer
Fachwerkstatt ersetzt werden.

Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker nie am Kabel aus der
Steckdose, fassen Sie immer am Stecker an.

Verwenden Sie zum Säubern nur ein trockenes,
weiches Tuch, niemals Wasser oder Chemika-
lien.
G
Wird das Gerät zweckentfremdet, falsch be dient
oder nicht fachgerecht repariert, kann kei ne Haf-
tung für daraus resultierende Sach- oder Perso-
nenschäden und keine Garantie für das Gerät
übernommen werden.
Soll das Gerät endgültig aus dem Betrieb
genommen werden, übergeben Sie es zur
umweltgerechten Entsorgung einem örtli-
chen Recyclingbetrieb.
3 Inbetriebnahme
WARNUNG Um Augenschäden zu vermeiden,
blicken Sie nicht für längere Zeit
direkt in die Lichtquelle.
Beachten Sie, dass eine hohe Blitz-
frequenz bei Epileptikern und foto-
sensiblen Menschen epileptische
Anfälle auslösen kann.

A damaged mains cable must only be replaced by
skilled personnel.

Never pull the mains cable to disconnect the
mains plug from the mains socket, always seize
the plug.

For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth, never use
water or chemicals.

No guarantee claims for the unit and no liability for
any resulting personal damage or material dam-
age will be accepted if the unit is used for other
purposes than originally intended, if it is not cor-
rectly operated or not repaired in an expert way.

Important for U. K. Customers!
The wires in this mains lead are coloured in
accord ance with the following code:
blue = neutral
brown = live
As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of
this appliance may not correspond with the
coloured markings identifying the terminals in
your plug, proceed as follows:
1. The wire which is coloured blue must be con-
nected to the terminal which is marked with the
letter N or coloured black.
2. The wire which is coloured brown must be con-
nected to the terminal which is marked with the
letter L or coloured red.
If the unit is to be put out of operation defin-
itively, take it to a local recycling plant for a
disposal which is not harmful to the envi-
ronment.

1) Das Gerät über den Montagebügel an geeigne-
ter Stelle befestigen. Zum Ausrichten des Geräts
die Feststellschrauben am Bügel lösen, die ge -
wünschte Neigung des Geräts einstellen und die
Schrauben wieder fest anziehen.
2) Den Netzstecker in eine Steckdose (230 V~/
50 Hz) stecken.
3) Mit dem 3-Positionen-Schalter das Gerät ein-
schalten und gleichzeitig die Be triebsart wählen:
– Für den Automatikmodus (kontinuierliches
Blit zen) den Schalter in die obere Position
(AUTO RUN)ON stellen. Je weiter der Regler
SPEED im Uhrzeigersinn gedreht wird, desto
höher ist die Blitzfrequenz.
– Für den Musikmodus (schallgesteuertes Blit-
zen) den Schalter in die untere Position
(SOUND CONTROL)ON stellen. Je weiter der
Regler SPEED im Uhrzeigersinn gedreht wird,
desto empfindlicher reagiert das Gerät auf die
Musik.
4) Zum Ausschalten des Geräts den Schalter in die
mittlere Position OFF stellen.

3 Setting into Operation
WARNING To prevent eye damage, never look
directly into the light source for a
longer time.
Please note that a high flash fre-
quency may trigger epileptic seizures
with photosensitive persons or per-
sons with epilepsy.
1) Fix the unit to a suitable place via its mounting
bracket. To align the unit, release the setscrews
at the bracket, adjust the desired inclination of
the unit and retighten the screws.
2) Connect the mains plug to a socket (230 V~/
50 Hz).
3) Switch on the unit with the 3-position switch and
select the operating mode at the same time:
– For the automatic mode (continuous flashing)
set the switch to the upper position (AUTO
RUN)ON. The further the control SPEED is
turned clockwise, the higher the flash frequency.
– For the music mode (sound-controlled flash-
ing) set the switch to the lower position
(SOUND CONTROL)ON. The further the con-
trol SPEED is turned clockwise, the more sen-
sitive the response to the music.
4) To switch off the unit, set the switch to the mid-
position OFF.
