6. SWITCH THE TV ON / OFF

Make sure that the power cord is plugged in and the toggle switch is on.
Switch the appliance on using the [POWER] button on the appliance.
NOTE | The appliance has a toggle switch that can be used to completely
disconnect it from the power supply.
Prior to initial installation, it can take up to about 30 seconds for the
appliance to start.

7. INITIAL INSTALLATION

Switch on the appliance
Switch on the appliance with the controls on the appliance or the remote
control to start the initial installation and to configure the appliance.
1. Make sure that the toggle switch is set to »On«.
2. On the appliance or the remote control press the [POWER] button to
switch on the appliance.
Language
Select the desired menu language.
1. Use the buttons [ ▲ ▼ ] to navigate in the menu and select the desired
language.
2. Press [OK] to confirm the desired language.
3. Press [ u ] to confirm the input and enter the next menu item »Time zone«.
Time zone
Select the desired time zone for the time setting.
1. Use the buttons [ ▲ ▼ ] to navigate in the menu and select the desired
time zone.
2. Press [OK] to confirm the desired time zone.
3. Press [ u ] to enter the next menu item »Network«.
4. Press [ t ] to enter the next menu item »Language«.
Network
To access content after the initial installation of SMART TV, select your
network and connect the appliance with your network. If your W-LAN is
protected with a password | network key, you will need it in order to connect
the devices.
