5. COMMON INTERFACE / CI SLOT

This TV is equipped with a Cl+ slot and supports the following digital standards:
DVB-T / T2HD, DVB-S / S2 and DVB-C
Common Interface / Slot
The Cl slot (Cl+) was designed to accept conditional access modules (CAM)
and smart cards in order to access Pay TV and other services. Contact your
Pay TV provider for more information about modules and subscriptions.
NOTE | Conditional access modules and smart cards are sold separately.
1. Switch off your TV before plugging CI+ modules into the CI slot.
2. Then insert the smart card into the CI+ module.

3. Switch on the TV and make sure that DTV is selected as the source.
4. When the CAM is detected, the following will appear on the screen:
»CI module inserted«. Wait a few seconds until the card is activated.
5. Now select the desired Pay TV program.
6. Detailed information about the smart card in use will be displayed.
7. Press [OK] to enter the CI menu.
Refer to the manual included with the module for details on the settings.
8. When the module is removed, the following will appear on the screen:
»CI module removed«
