Mio mioPOD Quick Start Manual

Follow the app instructions to finish the pairing.
For color and haptic alerts, it's recommended to set it up first on the App.
For best results line the pod with your thumb.

MEASURE RESTING HEART RATE

Press button once to measure resting HR.
Orange LED light will rotate while measuring.
Recommended to measure your resting heart rate in the morning, laying still,
before getting up. Best to measure it multiple times on consecutive days.
Once set in the App, the LED will show your Heart Rate Zones
in different colors and haptic alerts, according to your training intensity.
To end the workout, press and hold the button until you see the Red light.
Red LED flashing indicates the battery is low.
Fully charged, the device will glow Green color,
