Assembly Instructions:
1. Insert a bulb-MAX (TYPE G) 60W (not included) or a 9-watt compact fluorescent bulb into socket.
2. Plug the fixture into the proper outlet and test.
Note:
1. To Adjust Lamp Angle: Loosen the adjustment key by turning counter-clockwise at Pivot Point (A). Adjust
lamp arm to desired angle. Secure by turning adjustment key clockwise to tighten. Repeat for each Pivot
point as desired.
Caution: Place the small column (a) between the small column (b) and small column (c), as shown in Fig. 1.
Place the small column (d) between the small column (e) and small column (f), as shown in Fig. 2. This will
help to avoid tipping.
2. To Adjust Shade Angle: Use Round Grip (B) to rotate shade.
3. On/Off: Twist knob at base.
Caution:
1. Do not touch the shade when lit. Use the Round Grip (B) to adjust the shade.
2. This lamp uses a MAX (TYPE G) 60W bulb (not included) or a 9 watt compact fluorescent bulb (included). Do
not exceed recommended maximum wattage.
Care Instructions:
Wipe clean using a soft, dry cloth or static duster.
Always avoid the use of all chemicals and abrasive cleaners as they may damage the lamp's finish.
