Raccordement de la tresse de blindage conforme CEM
1. Außenmantel der Leitung abtrennen und Schirmgeflecht je nach Leitungsdurchmesser auf ca. 10-15 mm freilegen.
Cut off outer cable sheath and expose braided screen over a length of approx. 10 - 15 mm, depending on the
cable diameter.
Couper la gaine extérieure du câble et dénuder la tresse de blindage sur une longueur de 10-15 mm.
2. Hutmutter und Lamelleneinsatz mit Dichtring auf die Leitung schieben.
Push dome nut and lamellar insert with sealing ring on to the cable.
Mettre l'écrou arrière et l'insert lamellé avec la bague d'étanchéité sur le câble
3. Schirmgeflecht rechtwinklig (90°) nach außen biegen.
Bend braided screen outwards at a right angle (90°).
Replier la tresse de blindage à angle droit (90 °) vers l'extérieur.
4. Schirmgeflecht in Richtung Außenmantel umfalzen, d. h. nochmals um 180° umbiegen.
Fold braided screen towards outer sheath, i.e. by another 180°.
Couder la tresse de blindage sur la gaine extérieure encore une fois jusqu'à à 180°.
5. Zwischenstutzen bis zum Schirmgeflecht aufstecken und kurz um die Leitungsachse hin- und herdrehen.
Push gland body up to braided screen and turn briefly around both sides of the cable axis.
Pousser le raccord fileté avant jusqu'á la tresse de blindage et tourner des deux côtés sur le câble.
6. Lamelleneinsatz mit Dichtring in den Zwischenstutzenschieben und Verdrehschutz einrasten.
Push lamellar insert with sealing ring into gland body and snap anti-rotation element into place.
Poussez l'insert lamellé avec la bague d'étanchéité dans le raccord fileté et jusqu'à la bague anti-rotation.
7. Hutmutter fest aufschrauben. Firmly screw on dome nut. Visser ensuite l'écrou arrière sur le raccord fileté avant.
