Listening at high volume levels for long periods can lead to permanent hearing defects.
Set the volume to a low level before putting on the headset.

Turning the headset on and connecting it

Twist the ear cups to turn on the headset.

One LED flashes 3 times white. The headset
automatically tries to connect to available paired
Bluetooth devices.

Turning Bluetooth on / off

Turn Bluetooth on if you want to use the headset wireless.
