Assembling the ExerSaucer

1. Place seat ring A upside down and locate the wheel

holders . Snap six (6) seat wheels
as shown.
2. Turn seat ring right side up.
Align the triangle D on the back of the seat ring with the
triangle E on the seat pad label.
Snap the plastic tabs F on the pad over the pegs
the seat ring.
Continue this process until all tabs are attached to all pegs.

3. Press assembled seat ring H down firmly onto the top of
the tray I until it snaps into place and spins freely.

4. Locate three lower legs
Install lower legs, with the holes
shown. (The flat side of the lower leg must face toward the center of the base.) Insert the locking tabs
the slots and snap the lower legs onto the base
Turn the base K
the underside of the base and have locked over the edge of the opening, as shown.
Note: Check to ensure that the locking tabs
legs are not locked in place, repeat this step.

If you don't line up the alignment guides properly, the spring
dome may come off of the tray and cause injury.

6. Turn the tray over and place three large springs

Place each spring dome onto the tray over each leg
opening, as shown. Press the spring dome downward
while turning until it locks into place.

Make sure the alignment guides O line up properly, as
shown.
