If the voltage is a negative value, the DC input polarity is incorrect. Correct the polarity.

If the voltage is greater than 1500 V DC, too many PV modules configured to the same string.

Remove some PV modules.
Only after at least one PV string correctly connects to the MPPT1 circuit, can the SUN2000

enable the DC input detection function. Therefore, you are required to connect DC input power
cables to the MPPT1 circuit first.
