Do not use the appliance if the filter (5) is not correctly placed
in the lid (2).
• Press the switch (15) on "I".
• Set the oil temperature depending
on the type of food to fry and on the
quantity by turning the selector (14).
To set the correct temperature, see the food to fry package or the "Quantities,
temperatures and frying times" chart (page 88).
The bucket (9) can remain in the fryer during the heating phase.
• The indicator light (13) turns on (oil heating phase) and turns off when reaching the
set temperature (the bucket is ready to be inserted in the appliance).
• Press the button (11) to open the lid (2).
Steams leaks out when opening
the lid (2). Operate carefully.
• Push the button (10a) to lift the handle
(10).
• Slowly remove the bucket (9) through
the handle (10).
The bucket (9) cannot be removed if the handle (10) is closed.
• Insert the food to fry in the bucket (9).
