Make sure that the fryer is connected to the power
socket.
• Place the appliance on an horizontal and stable surface
and make sure that all the feet (8) are supported by the
surface itself.
• Press the button (11) to
open the lid (2).
• Push the button (10a) to
lift the handle (10) then re-
move the bucket (9).
• If the container (8) has
been removed, replace it
as shown in the figure.
• Pour oil in the container (8) until you
reach the "MAX" level indicated in
the container itself.
Oil container capacity: min 2,0 litres
- max 2,5 litres.
The oil level must stay between
the references in the oil contain-
er (8).
Use frying oil or grease ONLY.
If you use frying grease, to cut it into little pieces, to dissolve it in a container,
then to pour it in the oil container (8) is advised.
