> > At first use
At the appliance first use accurately clean the oil container (9) with a damp
sponge soaked in hot water.
Wash the bucket (10) with hot water and a normal dishes detergent.
Abundantly rinse and accurately dry all of the components.
> > Appliance preparation
Make sure that the fryer isn't connected to the power
socket.
• Place the appliance on an horizontal and stable surface and
make sure that all the feet (8) are supported by the surface itself.
Remove the lid (3) by holding it from the handle (4) (Fig. F2).
•
Remove the bucket (10) (Fig. F2).
•
• Place the resistor unit (6) (see page 70).
• Pour oil in the container (9) until it reaches the "MAX" level indicated on the contain-
er itself.
Oil container capacity: 3,0 litres.
Use frying oil or grease ONLY.
